He Knows Your Name

But now this is what the Lord says-he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you;

I have summoned you by name; you are mine.” Isaiah 43:1-2 Amp

The Father knows you. You belong to Him and He knows you by your name. There is no circumstance or situation He cannot redeem you out of. He may chastise you in the exodus of the thing, perhaps even while you are in the midst of it as well, yet, He will bring you out of it. If you allow Him.

Do you know Him? Do you hear His voice? Do you seek to spend time with Him? Is He waiting to hear from you while you say you are waiting on Him?

We pray the Lord’s prayer ‘Thy kingdom come; thy will be done.’ Do you know His will and plan for your life? Does He have free reign for His will to be done, using you as the vehicle to accomplish His desire? We say the kingdom belongs to God and that He has all power, but does He really? Is God truly Sovereign and Lord of our lives? The Lord's Prayer. Is He truly Super Ruler over you?

God desires to commune with us as His Creation. Even Philip was once uncertain about God’s presence, and he was speaking directly to Jesus and spending personal time with Him. Surely, in the age of the millennial, mankind can become unsure of God’s presence at times as well. However, Jesus promised in John 14:8-10 that those who have seen Him have seen The Father. What action have you taken to get an audience with the one who can achieve more than you can ask or imagine?

We live in an era of personality assessments, mental inventories, aptitude tests and such. My question to you today is, do you know Him? The Creator, Healer, Provider and Sustainer of your faith? Before you can know who you are, you must first acknowledge who He is within you. Yes, within. You were created in the image of God and you are blessed. Genesis 5:1-3.

You are not what your circumstance is. You are not what others say about you or think about you. You are all that God says you are, and you are loved. If you are having difficulty embracing what you are reading, is your behavior like his? Does the fruit you bear resemble His fruit? Fruit of the Spirit.

As humans, we have potential to find ourselves inflicting judgement and unnecessary pain, creating self-inflicted wounds. All too often we are our own worst critic and enemy. But Jesus came that we might experience freedom from criticism and the weight sin attempts to load upon us. Freedom from Bondage.

Whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Exercise your freedom. Walk in your freedom. Grow in your freedom. Your Heavenly Father knows you and every condition you are facing.

Trust Him like never before as you prepare to enter the next era.
